Treatment method and device for degrading perfluoro caprylic acid in sewage

The invention discloses a treatment method and a device for degrading perfluoro caprylic acid in sewage. The device comprises a reactor and a micro-bubble generator, wherein the water inlet of the reactor is connected to a micro-bubble water outlet; the water outlet of the reactor and the micro-bubble water inlet communicate to the water tank; the reactor is connected to a high voltage pulse powersupply through a wire; and the high voltage pulse power supply is connected to a power supply controller. The treatment method comprises the following steps: putting a perfluoro caprylic acid to-be-treated solution in the water tank, wherein a vapor-water mixture containing a lot of micro-nano bubbles is formed in an effluent of the micro-bubble water outlet; feeding the to-be-treated solution where the vapor-water mixture is formed into the reactor through the water inlet of the reactor, adjusting the distance from the top end of the tip of an electrode to the upper surface of sewage and adjusting the voltage and fr
