Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a Cu-OMS-2 catalyst capable of effectively removing formaldehyde in a real environment and a preparation method of the Cu-OMS-2 catalyst. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a bromo-alkyl imidazole ionic liquid, MnSO4.H2O, KMnO4 and CuSO4.5H2O according to a mole ratio of (5-40):(1-3):(0.5-1):(2-20); (2) firstly heating and melting the bromo-alkyl imidazole ionic liquid, sequentially adding MnSO4.H2O, KMnO4 and CuSO4.5H2O, heating to 180-240 DEG C, and performing a reaction for 0.5-4 hours; (3) after the reaction ends, separating, washingand drying the product, thereby obtaining the Cu-OMS-2 molecular sieve with regular nano fiber morphology. The catalyst can implement catalytic oxidation degradation on formaldehyde in a real gas environment with moisture at a room temperature, and is high in treatment efficiency, large in treatment capacity, free of secondary pollution and free of problems such as adsorption saturation.
