Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a photoelectric conversion efficiency test device and method. The device comprises a laser, a beam expanding mirror, a variable diaphragm and a laser cell. The laser emits a laser light beam. The beam expanding mirror converts the laser light beam into a divergent beam and sends the divergent beam. The variable diaphragm adjusts the divergent beam into an emission beam witha preset aperture and sends the emission beam. The laser cell receives the emission beam of the variable diaphragm.
