Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for producing L-glutamic acid through fermentation. The method comprises the following steps: modifying a gene encoded with DNA (Deoxyribonucleic Acid) methylase on a corynebacterium bacterial chromosome to reduce the activity and/or expression amount of the DNA methylase; fermenting the modified bacteria to produce the L-glutamic acid. Furthermore, the invention further provides a treatment method of a glutamic acid fermentation solution.
