Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a material balance regulation and control method for an intelligent overhead crane and relates to the field of industrial manufacturing. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, using each pressure sensor to acquire a pressure value Fi generated by a material in a corresponding region to the corresponding pressure sensor; secondly, calculating the top height Hi ofthe corresponding region of each pressure sensor according to the pressure value Fi, the position information of the corresponding pressure sensor and the vertical bearing section area Si; thirdly, calculating the material balance degree E of a stock bin according to the top height Hi of the corresponding region of each pressure sensor; and finally, if the material balance degree E is larger thana first balance threshold value ETH, sending a vibration instruction to a vibrating module of the overhead crane and making the material distributed in a balanced way in the stock bin.
