Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an electrombile water-cooled thermal management system. The electrombile water-cooled thermal management system comprises a driving motor cooling loop, a battery pack temperature regulating loop, and an air conditioner temperature regulating loop; a heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) (21) of the air conditioner temperature regulating loop is provided with a passenger compartment heater (24), and the passenger compartment heater (24) communicates with a passenger compartment (23). The invention also discloses an operating method of the electrombile water-cooled thermal management system. According to the technical scheme, under the premise of ensuring the function of the system without reducing, the problem of installation and filling in a production line is solved, and the failure rate of a whole thermal management system is reduced effectively; the electrombile water-cooled thermal management system is more suitable for the development and mass production of an electrombi
