The invention discloses a multi-mechanical-arm flexible clamping device and a using method thereof. The multi-mechanical-arm flexible clamping device is composed of six flexible mechanical arms evenlydistributed on a turntable (17). The mechanical arms (2) are a main body of the whole flexible clamping device. A gear (5), a rack (6), a guiding rail (11) and a sliding block (12) can drive each mechanical arm (2) fixedly connected with the sliding block (12) to expand and contract front and back through driving of a first motor (7) and a first speed reducer (8). A worm (9) mounted on a worm supporting seat (13) is driven by a second motor (15) and a second speed reducer (16) to drive a worm wheel (10) to rotate so that rotation of each whole mechanical arm around a mounting plate (3) and aconnecting shaft (4) can be achieved.
