Apparatus and method of hydrogenation rectifying separation for coproducing customized naphtha raw material

The invention discloses an apparatus and a method of hydrogenation rectifying separation for coproducing a customized naphtha raw material. The apparatus includes: a raw material blending unit, a hydrogenation reaction unit, a rectifying separation unit and a product blending unit. The method includes the following processes: 1) a naphtha raw material is blended and is pumped to a heat exchanger set, at a reactant outlet, for being heat-exchanged, and then is fixed with hydrogen gas from a circulating hydrogen compressor and a fresh hydrogen feeding line; 2) the mixture is heated and is fed into the hydrogenation reaction unit to complete secondary hydrogenation, adsorption, and secondary dearomatization reaction; 3) the reactant is fed into the rectifying separation unit via a low-pressure separator; 4) according to ingredients of a liquid phase reactant, the reactant is divided into three flows to produce products, the customized naphtha raw materials.
