The invention discloses a vehicle antitheft device based on radio frequency identification (RFID). The vehicle antitheft device comprises a driving motor, a locking rod, a control module, a storage module, an RFID reader and an RFID tag; the RFID tag is arranged in a vehicle key, and vehicle ID and a vehicle cipher are stored in the RFID tag; the RFID reader is used for reading the ID and the cipher in the RFID tag; the storage module is used for storing the vehicle ID and cipher; and an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with one end of the locking rod.
