The inner surface of the hemispherical elastic heat-resistant material layer is provided with the semi-circular heating inner sleeve. The hemispherical elastic heat-resistant material layer is installed in the heating jacket main body. The middle of the bottom of the heating jacket main body is provided with an installation hole.
