The method comprises the following steps of: obtaining a knowledge point; dividing the knowledge point into a plurality of knowledge blocks according to a business to which the knowledge point belongs; and storing a knowledge block set formed by the plurality of knowledge blocks in a knowledge base according to apreset storage structure. According to the method, the knowledge point is decomposed and fine-grit storage is carried out in a form of the knowledge block set, so that the complexity of knowledges inthe aspects of fusion and share is reduced, accurate knowledge feedback can be realized in the aspect of knowledge search, and rapid obtaining, for knowledges with different granularities, of the users is satisfied. 本发明的实施例提供种知识库的构建方法和装置，方法包括：获取知识点；将知识点按照该知识点所属的业务划分为多个知识块；按照预设存储结构将所述多个知识块形成的知识块集存储在知识库中。本发明的方案通过对知识点进行分解，以知识块集合的形式进行细粒度存储，降低了知识在融合和共享方面的复杂性，在知识搜索方面也可以实现精确的知识反馈，满足用户对不同颗粒度的知识快速获取。
