Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses low-viscosity silane modified polyether base rubber and a preparation method thereof. Isothiocyanate base silane terminates polyether, and a thiocarbamic acid ester unit is arranged inside the prepared base rubber. During preparation, 1 part by mole of hydroxyl-terminated polyether, 2.1-3 parts by mole of isothiocyanate base alkoxy silane, 0-2 parts by mole of catalysts and0-100 parts by mole of solvents are sequentially added into a reactor, react for 1-24 hours at the temperature ranging from -5 DEG C to 100 DEG C and then purified and dried to obtain the silane modified polyether base rubber. As the prepared base rubber is low in hydrogen bond strength, the viscosity of the base rubber is reduced, the production, potting and use process of a sealant is facilitated, and the base rubber has a good industrial prospect.
