Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method subjecting crop straw and poultry and livestock manure to mixing and fast fermentation to produce organic fertilizer. The method includes: using three different microbial agents which include nitrogen-fixing bacteria, lactobacillus and saccharomycetes to perform substep stacking anaerobic fermentation on mixed materials formed by the poultry and livestock manure and the crushed crop straw at 70-80 DEG C, 35-45 DEG C and 25-35 DEG C, drying, crushing, and packaging to obtain the organic fertilizer.
