The making method comprises the following steps of choosing cherries, performing cleaning, performing precooking, performing canning, performing heating, performing cold storage and the like. Through the method of separating pulp from kernels and performing decoction with added sugar,products namely the canned cherries produced by the making method have flavor different from that of canned cherries produced by a conventional technology; and besides, preservatives are not used, sothat the canned cherries are safe, healthy and unique in flavor, and the market of cherry processed products can be developed.
