The invention discloses a flat five-core composite water-blocking cable having a flat structure. Three parallel insulating wire cores are arranged at the center of the cable; a plurality of ground wire core conductors distributed in a half circle and a plurality of neutral wire cores distributed in a half circle are arranged outside the insulating wire cores in parallel; a flat water-blocking flexible pipe sleeves the outsides of the ground wire core conductors and the neutral wire cores; a gap among the ground wire core conductors, the neutral wire cores, and the flat water-blocking flexiblepipe is filled with water-blocking yarn; and a polyurethane waterproof outer sheath extrudes the outside of the flat water-blocking flexible pipe. A slot hole is formed in the polyurethane waterproofouter sheath and is filled with heat-absorbing cotton.
