Panoramic image splicing method and device

The embodiment of the invention provides a panoramic image splicing method and device to solve the low efficiency of panoramic image splicing in the prior art. The method includes acquiring a source image video stream and determining a preset position information set, wherein one piece of position information is configured to indicate the specific coordinate position of a source image block in thesource image video stream; and cutting a corresponding source image block from the source image video stream based on each piece of position information in the position information set; generating aplurality of target images based on the obtained source image blocks, and splicing the plurality of target images to obtain a corresponding panoramic image. 本发明实施例提供的种全景图像拼接方法及装置，用以解决现有技术中存在全景图像拼接的效率较低的技术问题。其中，方法包括获取源图像视频流，并确定预设的位置信息集合，其中，个位置信息用于指示个源图像块在源图像视频流中的具体坐标位置；分别基于位置信息集合中的每个位置信息，从源图像视频流中截取相应的源图像块；基于获得的各个源图像块生成多个目标图像，对多个目标图像进行拼接，获得相应的全景图像。
