Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an ultra-high precision band gap reference source circuit and belongs to the field of microelectronics and sensing technology. It is characterized by a sinusoidal temperature characteristic curve obtained after high-order nonlinear compensation. By adopting the multiplier trim compensation technology and the 5-segment segment compensation technology using the resistor temperature characteristics that are proposed by the invention, the curvature compensation is performed on the band gap reference source to obtain an ultra-high-precision band gap reference source. The advantage of the invention lies in that the realization of multiplier trim compensation technology does not need to add additional circuits, and is simple and efficient.
