Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of iron and steel smelting, and provides an experimental method for measuring the temperature field in the sintering process. The method includes the following steps: dosing, wetting, rotary drum granulation, screening and high-temperature sintering. The thickness and the temperature of a combustion zone and the shrinkage of a material bed in the sintering process are measured in real time through a transparent sintered cup experiment assisted infrared thermometer, and the mineralization temperature of a sintered cake is determined by using a relative coordinate technology, that is, the temperature distribution of the sintered cake in a height direction in the sintering process is different from finite element simulation. The method can well describe the actual sintering process.
