On the basis of a heat distribution pipeline network, optical cables are pavedall along the heat distribution pipelines; by utilizing a monitoring mode switching device, not only amplitude variation and position information can be obtained through correspondence relation between amplitude variation of a Rayleigh scattering light interference phase signal and temperature variation and/or noise disturbance signals caused by leakage to determine pipeline leak points, but alsotemperature information of each point along a fiber can be obtained through correspondence relation between temperature and frequency shift of a Brillouin light scattering signal and by combining positioning information of Fresnel light reflection information, thereby helping to realize whole-course no-blind-area leakage monitoring and temperature abnormity monitoring of each heat distribution pipeline of the heat distribu |
