Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a production process and method mainly used for aquatic product flavouring material. It is characterized by that the chosen raw materials are poured in a stirring machine with heating unit and are stirred to take juice, then the juice material is pumped into a layered pot for filtration, heating, storage and sedimentation, further the juice material is pumped into a concentrating tank for secondary filtration and concentration, then 2/3 of raw juice in the concentrating tank is pumped into a sterilization tank for sterilization, and finally the invented product is packaged. |
