Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses application of protein GmSCS06 to regulation and control of plant stress resistance. The protein GmSCS06 provided by the invention is (a1) or (a2) or (a3): (a1) protein with the amino acid sequence shown as the sequence 2 in a sequence table; (a2) fusion protein obtained by connecting a label to the end N or/and end C of the protein shown as the sequence 2 in the sequence table; (a3) protein relevant to the plant stress resistance obtained from the amino acid sequence shown as the sequence 2 in the sequence table through the substitution and/or deletion and/or additionof one or several amino acid residues. Experiments prove that trans GmSCS06 gene Arabidopsis is obtained through the overexpression of GmSCS06 gene in wild type Arabidopsis. Compared with wild type arabidopsis, the trans GmSCS06 gene Arabidopsis strain has the obviously enhanced stress resistance. Therefore the protein GmSCS06 has important theoretical significance and practical values in the culture of stress resistance |
