The problem that as for an existing shape modification method, accurate positioning of the rotating angle of a propeller blade is difficult is solved. A standard mode of the blade subjected to shape modification is input into a computer in advance, blade shape modification is shot in real time on site, and images obtained through shooting are compared with images of the standard model in the computer to find out errors so as to guide on-site operators to conduct blade shape modification. The blade subjected to shape modification is fixed to a propeller supporting screw of a propeller supporting screw rectangular base, accurate rotation of the blade subjected to shape modification is achieved by accurately backwards rotatingthe propeller supporting screw rectangular base, and accurate rotation of the rectangular base is achieved by means of the method that ratchet grooves which are annularly formed in the front-back direction are formed in the
