A photovoltaic-based passive intelligent curtain control system includes photovoltaic cells, a storage battery, a charger, illumination intensity detection units, a state monitoring unit, a central processing unit, drive units, a WIFI module and wireless modules. The photovoltaic cells are mounted on a roof, an outer wall and the outer side of a non-movable curtain.
