The health-care food is prepared from soft capsule rubber and contents, wherein the contents are prepared from the following raw materials and auxiliary materials of 38 to 42 weight parts of coenzyme Q10, 57 to 63 weight parts of vitamin E,350 to 380 parts of rice bran oil and 35 to 45 weight parts of beewax, and the soft capsule rubber is prepared from the following raw materials of 148 to 158 parts of gelatin, 58 to 65 weight parts ofglycerinum, 120 to 130 weight parts of purified water and 2 to 3 weight parts of titanium dioxide.
