The method comprises the following preparation steps: after seeding and seedling emergence of kadsura, opening an annular ditch with the depth of 10-20cm at the periphery which is 30-50cm away from the root, applying a fertilizer in a fertilizer water tray, covering soil, fertilizing once within half a year, and continuously fertilizing for 3-5 times, wherein the fertilization dose each time is 5-15% of the fertilizer in the fertilizer water tray.
