The device (104a) has a sensor (204) and the method (300) includes sensing, by a sensor (204) of the device (104a), a first input pattern of physical parameters received at the device (104a). The method (300) includes wirelessly transmitting, from the device (104a), an identification signal to a machine (102) upon said sensing of the first input pattern.
