Monitoring system for turbomachinery

A method of monitoring a turbomachinery system (50) is disclosed herein. The method includes periodically receiving sensor data for the turbomachinery system (50) at a monitoring device (800) from a monitoring system server (740). The method also includes the monitoring device (800) determining whether the tags for each group of a plurality of groups are in the sensor data and correlating the tagswith the groups.
