Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a motor position sensor calibration method and device. The method comprises the following steps that a back electromotive force signal generated by rotation of a motor is acquired; the Hall signal and the orthogonal coding signal of a motor position sensor are acquired; the angle deviation among the Hall signal, the orthogonal coding signal and the back electromotive force signal is determined; and the motor position sensor is calibrated based on the angle deviation. With application of the technical scheme, the installation deviation of the motor position sensor can becalibrated so that the current fluctuation and the torque fluctuation of motor control can be reduced. 种电机位置传感器的标定方法及装置,所述方法包括如下步骤:获取电机旋转时产生的反电动势信号;获取所述电机位置传感器的霍尔信号以及正交编码信号;确定所述霍尔信号、所述正交编码信号以及所述反电动势信号三者之间的角度偏移量;基于所述角度偏移量对所述电机位置传感器进行标定。通过本发明提供的技术方案能够对电机位置传感器的安装偏差进行标定,进而减小电机控制的电流波动以及扭矩波动。
