Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a light-weight plate friction auxiliary-heating flat-base no-rivet connecting method. A friction head and a punch firstly rotate at a high speed so as to be used for locally frictional heating a part to be riveted; the friction head then stops rotating, a blank holder force is applied to the part to be riveted, a pressing head downwards moves the punch under the action ofa punch power source, metals of an upper plate and a lower plate flow in a cavity between the friction head and the punch under a joint action force of the friction head and the punch, and an inlaid inverted omega-shaped mechanical lock is formed between the upper plate and the lower plate; and after a preset base thickness value or preset pressure are achieved, the pressing head and the punch move upwards to an initial position, and a connecting process is finished. According to the light-weight plate friction auxiliary-heating flat-base no-rivet connecting method provided by the invention, acrack-free flat-base rive
