The invention discloses a flexible shaft magnetic stirring bottle which is used for suspension culture of living cells and mixing and stirring of feed liquid or serves as any other container with a needed stirring function. The stirring bottle comprises a two-mouth bottle, a top cover and a side cover, wherein the top cover comprises a hard shaft and a flexible shaft; the hard shaft is fixed in the center in the top cover; the flexible shaft is provided with a magnetic stirrer; the magnetic stirrer is close to the bottle bottom but is not contacted with the bottle bottom; and a liquid inlet, aliquid outlet and a breathing mouth connecting tube are arranged on the side cover.
