The method comprises the steps that a vibration instruction is received, wherein the vibration instruction is used toinstruct the mobile terminal to vibrate; according to the vibration instruction, the resonance frequency of a physical system formed by the mobile terminal and the environment in which the mobile terminal is located is determined; and the mobile terminal is controlled to vibrate at the resonance frequency. Since the vibration frequency of the mobile terminal is the resonance frequency of the physical system formed by the mobile terminal and the environment in which the mobile terminal is located, the mobile terminal can generate the maximum amplitude.
