The dual-loop switching device comprises a shell, wherein an opening is formed in one side of the shell, a cover plate is hinged with the opening, two horizontal rods are fixedly arranged on an inner wall of one side, far away from the cover plate, of the shell, one end, near to the cover plate, of each horizontal rod is not in contact with the cover plate, a thyristor is arranged between the two horizontal rods, a buffer mechanism is arranged at one side, far away from the cover plate, of the thyristor,and sliding grooves are formed in sides, near to each other, of the two horizontal rods. An application method for the dual-loop switching device of the high-speed power supply circuit comprises thesteps of placing the thyristor between the two horizontal rods, and driving two fixed blocks to respectively move to two fixed grooves by the thyristor.
