According to the method, on the condition that the multiple scenes of an integratedisolation breaker in different operation states are acquired through the multi-scene technology, scene risk analysis is respectively carried out; for the static big probability scenes, risks are calculated according to load loss, load interruption and replacement or repair cost of the integrated circuit breaker; for the dynamic small probability scenes, on the condition that corresponding risk indexes are calculated, real-time operation data is combined, influence of scene probability change on the risk is analyzed, and risk evaluation accuracy of the small probability scenes is guaranteed.
