Preparation of TAT-hEGF fusion protein and application of TAT-hEGF fusion protein to invisible mask

The invention relates to preparation of a TAT-hEGF fusion protein and application of the TAT-hEGF fusion protein to an invisible mask and belongs to the field of gene engineering. A nucleotide sequence of the TAT-hEGF fusion protein which is efficiently expressed by pichia pastoris is designed and obtained; and the TAT-hEGF fusion protein which is efficiently secreted and expressed by the pichia pastoris can be applied to preparation of a temperature-sensitive base-cloth-free biologically-active invisible mask.
