Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to preparation of a TAT-hEGF fusion protein and application of the TAT-hEGF fusion protein to an invisible mask and belongs to the field of gene engineering. A nucleotide sequence of the TAT-hEGF fusion protein which is efficiently expressed by pichia pastoris is designed and obtained; and the TAT-hEGF fusion protein which is efficiently secreted and expressed by the pichia pastoris can be applied to preparation of a temperature-sensitive base-cloth-free biologically-active invisible mask. The prepared invisible mask has the beneficial effects that the mask is liquid under the normal-temperature state; after the mask is applied to the face, the phase of the mask is changed into gel state; the problems that the existing base cloth mask is in poor fit with the face andthe utilization rate of bioactive components is low are overcome; meanwhile, the problem that the commercially available mask cream at present is poor in impression is overcome. 本发明涉及种TAT-hEGF融合蛋白的制备及其在隐形面膜的应用,属于基因工程领域。设计获得毕赤
