The Rhizobium anhuiense V9-2 is preserved in CCTCC (China Center For Type Culture Collection) with a preservation number ofNO:M2017610. The Rhizobium anhuiense V9-2 is a good vicia villosa Rhizobium anhuiense strain which has high symbiotic nitrogen fixing ability, obvious yield increasing effect on Sichuan vicia villosa,IAA (Indole Acetic Acid) secreting ability, organophosphorus and potassium dissolving abilities and high stress resistance. The yield of fresh grass of the vicia villosa can be increased by 22.7 percent and the yield of fresh root can be increased by 79.8 percent by inoculation of the Rhizobium anhuiense V9-2 without application of nitrogenous fertilizer.
