Method for separating straw cellulose component and preparing carboxymethyl cellulose

The invention provides a method for separating a straw cellulose component and preparing carboxymethyl cellulose. The method comprises the following steps: separating cellulose from straws; and preparing the carboxymethyl cellulose from the obtained cellulose. All components in the straws are separated, and are recycled; and the produced CMC is food grade and medicine grade, and has low cost; andthe CM has a high purity reaching 99.8%. The method has the advantages of simple process and convenience in operation. 本发明提供种秸秆纤维素组分分离并制备羧甲基纤维素的方法，首先将纤维素从秸秆中分离出来；然后，将获得的纤维素，制备成羧甲基纤维素。本发明将秸秆中所有组分分离开，并资源化利用；所生产CMC为食品级、医药级，且成本低；本发明产品纯度高；可达到99.8％。本发明工艺简单、操作更方便。
