Zusammenfassung:A high-temperature aniline diazotization technology is characterized in that aniline, hydrochloric acid, sodium nitrite and tap water as main raw materials, the above four raw materials are taken by metering pumps according to a mass ratio of aniline to hydrochloric acid to sodium nitrite to water of 1:(2.5-4.5):(0.5-2.5):(3-5), and are converged by a flow meter, and then the obtained mixture passes through a tubular reactor at a rate of 2m/s and undergoes a diazotization reaction to synthesize a diazonium salt. The technology has the advantages of no severe low-temperature power in the process, simplicity in operation, and high safety factor. 种苯胺高温重氮化工艺,采用苯胺、盐酸、亚硝酸钠、自来水为主要原料,按照质量比苯胺:盐酸:亚硝酸钠:水=1:(2.5~4.5):(0.5~2.5):(3~5),四种原料分别经计量泵通过流量计汇合,然后以2m/s的速度通过管式反应器发生重氮化反应,合成重氮盐;过程中不需要严苛的低温动力,操作简便,安全系数高。
