The invention provides a balanced coal discharge control system based on a coal flow load of a back scraper conveyor; and based on an existing hydraulic bracket for coal discharge, a hydraulic bracketfor coal feeding is additionally provided. In the mining process, the hydraulic bracket for coal discharge normally discharges coals; and the hydraulic bracket for coal feeding automatically starts the coal discharge operation according to the magnitude of the coal flow load on the back scraper conveyor. When the transported coal flow on the back scraper conveyor is lower, the hydraulic bracket for coal feeding is started for feeding discharged coals; and when the conveyed coal flow on the back scraper conveyor is higher, the hydraulic bracket for coal feeding is closed.
