A technological process is arranged in a reserved or idle vacant land for the original chemical device, an ore grinding device follows or technically improves the original ore grinding device of a chemical plant, and floatation and concentrate tailing dewatering devices are added, so that carbonate impurityremoval and phosphorite enrichment in a floatation short process are realized to meet the demands of the chemical devices, and the problem that the quality of a chemical product is lowered caused by poor quality of phosphorite is solved. 本发明涉及种与化工配套的短流程浮选方法,该工艺流程设置在原有化工装置预留或者闲置的空地上,磨矿装置沿用或者技改化工厂原来的磨矿装置,新增浮选、精尾矿脱水装置,实现浮选短流程脱除碳酸盐杂质、富集磷矿物来满足化工装置需要,从而缓解因磷矿品质差而造成化工产品质量降低的问题。
