A winding tie of a primary line of a current transformer comprises a winding tie main body, a cross beam and a positioning lug, wherein the winding tie main body is in a semi-opening mode and comprises an upper winding tie main body and a lower winding tie main body, cross beam clamping grooves are respectively and longitudinally formed in symmetric positions of lower ends of a left-side tie plateand a right-side tie plate of the upper winding tie main body, bosses are respectively arranged at two ends of the cross beam, the cross beam is horizontally arranged, the bosses are respectively arranged in the cross beam clamping grooves which are formed in the symmetric positions of the lower ends of the left-side tie plate and the right-side tie plate and are closely matched, the winding tiemain body comprises an adjustment block, the adjustment block is in a cuboid shape, arc surfaces are arranged at two edges of the adjustment block, the adjustment block can be fixed on the left-side tie plate or the right-side
