Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a kind of processing technology for producing protein feedstuff by using brewers' grains and the complete sets of equipment thereof. A large quantity of brewers' grains discharged in course of brewing passes through the continuous multistage dewatering treatments of centrifugation, filtration by use of stacking pressure and pressing so as to make its water content reduce to 65% from the original 85-90%, and then the above-mentioned material is fed into the fluidized bed drier and passes through the drying treatment by boiling, so that the brewer's grains dried feedstuff whose color and quality are uniform and good can be made. Besides, this dried feedstuff is easy to store.
