Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a preparation method of a green environment-friendly water-soluble Ag-IN-S/ZNS quantum dot material. According to the water-soluble light-emitting Ag-IN-S/ZNS quantum dot material, a precipitation method is adopted to prepare core-shell type quantum dots. AIS (AIS/Zn quantum dot luminescence) with a fraction up to 10-11 is selected, and the color range of visible light waveband which can be covered is from deep red to blue green, wherein the photoluminescence (Pl) quantum yield can reach 80%.
