The invention relates to a trinocular visual spraying trace extraction system for automatic glue spraying of a shoe mold, and an operating method thereof. The system comprises a height adjusting mechanism, a conveyor belt and an industrial control computer, and the conveyor belt is arranged on the height adjusting mechanism; the conveyor belt is provided with a coder, a shoe mold image acquisitionmodule and a photoelectric sensor in sequence in the transfer direction, and a driving motor of the conveyor belt is connected to a frequency converter; the shoe mold image acquisition module comprises a fixed rack, a first camera, a second camera, a third camera and two lighting devices; the fixed rack is erected on the conveyor belt, and one lighting device, the first camera and the other lighting device are arranged on the top surface of the fixed rack in sequence in the transfer direction; the lighting direction of the two lighting devices and a first camera lens face downward, and the second camera and the third
