A manufacturing method of oil palm leaf scrimber comprises the following steps that firstly, leaf feathers of oil palm leaves are removed, and petioles with a required length are cut off; secondly, the petioles with the fixed length are rolled and subjected to defibering into loose flat long wood bundles; thirdly, the wood bundles obtained after defibering are dried naturally or manually; fourthly, glue is applied to the dried wood bundles; fifthly, the wood bundles, with the water content of 20% or above, obtained after gluing are pre-dried, and the wood bundles with the water content of 20%or below directly enter the next step; sixthly, the wood bundles are paved and cold-pressed to obtain slabs or raw square timbers; seventhly, the slabs or the raw square timbers are subjected to thermo-curing molding to obtain the scrimber.
