The device comprises lifting nuts, lifting bolts, a lifting supporting plate and supporting columns; one end of each lifting bolt penetrates through the lifting supporting plate to be connected with the valve cage to be mounted and dismounted, and the other end is connected with the corresponding lifting nut; and the supporting columns are arranged between the lifting supporting plate and a flange end surface of the valve.
