User intention recognition method and device

Embodiments of the invention provide a user intention recognition method and device. The user intention recognition method comprises the following steps of: firstly obtaining a conversation text of auser and determining relevancy degree values between the conversation text and a plurality of predefined elements; selecting a first element matched with the conversation text according to the determined relevancy degree values; and finally matching a corresponding knowledge point from a knowledge base according to the selected first element. 本说明书实施例提供种用户意图识别方法及装置，在用户意图识别方法中，首先获取用户的对话文本，并确定该对话文本与多个预定义要素的关联度值。之后根据上述确定的关联度值，选取与对话文本相匹配的第要素。最后根据选取的第要素，从知识库中匹配对应的知识点。在匹配到知识点之后，根据该知识点确定用户意图识别结果。
