The invention relates to the technical field of data acquisition and provides a signal acquisition method, device and system. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a plurality of signalsignals and a synchronization signal; carrying out processing on the plurality of signal signals through the synchronization signal to obtain a plurality of processed first signals; sending the plurality of processed first signals to an upper computer; and receiving a plurality of calibrated first signals fed back by the upper computer.
