Method for measuring material flow of spiral conveyor

The invention discloses a method for measuring the material flow of a spiral conveyor. The method comprises the steps that firstly, an industrial camera and a laser device are calibrated, and a line laser reference line is selected; a laser triangulation method is used, and the industrial camera shoots images of surface laser shape changes of grains irradiated by line lasers and pushed by a spiralblade when the spiral conveyer conveys the grains, the images are processed in real time, and the relation between image information and the volume of pushed materials is established; the volume flowof the materials pushed by the spiral conveyor and the total volume of the accumulated materials are obtained. The volume flow of the materials pushed and transported by the spiral conveyor is measured in real time through the laser triangulation method, the measuring method can be used for a general spiral conveyor and particularly a grain conveying auger of a grain combine harvester, a new measuring method is provided f
