The hole and face perpendicularity detection mechanism comprises a sleeve type supporting component, a detection supporting component and a vertical rod adjustment component.The vertical rod adjustment component is arranged on the detection supporting component which is arranged on the sleeve type supporting component, the sleeve type supporting component is provided with an inner hole of the sleeve type supporting component, and the vertical rod adjustment component comprises a rotating connection rod, a rotating radius adjustment rod and a fixing rod locking device. The rotating radius adjustment rod is connected with the rotating connection rod through the fixing rod locking device, a meter sleeve is arranged at one end of the rotating radius adjustment rod, and adjustment of the mete
