The invention provides a cooling system of an intermediate frequency furnace. The cooling system comprises a water storing box and a plate type heat exchanger, wherein the water storing box is mountedat one inner end of the intermediate frequency furnace and communicates with the plate type heat exchanger through a water returning pipeline and a cooling pipeline.
